The Ganuza wine cellar is the largest in Bargota and one of the best preserved. It features a semicircular arch structure built using ashlar masonry, visually identifiable by its large, regular stone blocks. It has one ventilation opening and two pezoneras, indicating that wine production here was relatively high compared with other cellars.
This is confirmed by the preserved barrels, five of which have a capacity of 5,300 litres each.
